Why Cant get appletv t on my iPad ?
I can get Apple TV+ on my iPhone, but I cannot get it on my iPad ?!

The Apple TV app on iPad should be available for iOS/iPadOS 10.2 or later, and would be pre-installed with the system software version 12.3 or later.
Also verify that the Apple ID accounts match for both devices, as subscriptions work for the account that has that subscription linked to it, not for other accounts.
