I received Apple Card Milestone and reached $50 in Apple Cash. Is that what will be given to me? It does not show up in my Apple Cash. Just a little confused.

Seems you have not been noticing the "daily cash" that has mounted up from making Apple Card purchases:

Eg: you can direct the Daily Cash to Apple Cash or Savings, if you set that up.

"To see all of the Daily Cash that you've earned from Apple Card purchases:

1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.
2. Tap the More button .
3. Tap Daily Cash."
