is there a way to access the Finder from MacOS Recovery mode?

I have just updated my system with the latest update, and my system continually crashes. I opened my Mac in Recovery Mode to try to reinstall it, but it says I don't have enough free space.

I can't open my system to free up any space, so I can't update my system. I can't even update from my Time Machine backup because it says I need to use another program to do it, a program I can't access.

Is there a way to access the files on my hard drive from Recovery Mode in order to free up enough space to reinstall the MacOS...?

Will not Boot in Normal Mode, will not Boot Safe Mode.

Then you may have not options outside if Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support (CA) and then Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support (CA)

Or If that is not within you comfort level >>

A - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

B - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer
