How to find original owner
Hello I bought an apple watch second hand and looks like i got scam how can i find original owner? looks like the one that sold it to me deleted her profile 😞

you can't really,
the person who sold you the watch deleted their profile then likely it was a stolen watch,
apple are not allowed to track customers so they can't be of any help really
if you can't get a refund then if it was me then I would hand it in at a local lost and found or your local law enforcements
