Kernel Panics are often related to a Hardware Failure or Third Party Kernel Extensions installed and used on this computer.


To get at better idea which it maybe >>


1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.


2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

I can not really understand the details from the Crash Report. That would require a Software ? Hardware Engineer from Apple to really totally understand this.


I am away there are some really good Senior Contributors like @Barney-15E who may join your question an provide some insights from the Crash Report.


But sadly, I am not one of them.


As for Safe Mode - it does nothing more that what was outlined earlier and No does not cause " data loss or software damage on my computer"


This Safe Mode is one the first methods to commence Trouble Shooting

panic log will be found in Finder>Go>Go To Folder:

 /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
