outgoing calls delay

Hello can i add a delay for the outgoing calls because sometimes i click on the wrong phone number and the person i im calling immediately is notified about it.

Dear Apple tech development team: PLEASE OFFER SOME WAY TO ADD AN OPTIONAL DELAY TO OUTGOING CALLS! VARIOUS ANDROID APPS DO THIS AND IT IS SO CONVENIENT. THANK YOU.
