if i make a call on my macbook using instagram or other social medias will the call appear on my iphone call history

I made a call on Instagram using my MacBook however I am curious if the call will appear on my iPhone call log similar to how it does when I make an Instagram call on my iPhone.

Solution: There should be a signifier which enables user to set there preference. Thank You.

Your MacBook Pro or Air has no cellular capability. If you are making cell phone calls, they are being made through your iPhone.

Call a local number and check for yourself.
