I recently had bought my phone in Pakistan but I am facing an sim lock/restriction issue. I tried to contact the sim carrier in Japan but indeed never got responded and even on the website I couldn’t find any solution for it. Due to current situations in Pakistan I am indeed in need of help to how I remove my sim lock.

Read the post above your post. ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it. Apple has NOTHING to do with this.
As far as I know, only the carrier to whom the phone is locked can unlock the phone (in the sense of letting you use another carrier).
If they won’t unlock the phone after your contract with them is up, and you can’t/won’t use them for future service, your phone is now basically usable only as an iPod Touch.
Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.
If they won’t unlock it, there is nothing you can do.
