Bought brand new, not charging or turning on, followed all steps above

Bought brand new Apple Watch SE and it will not charge or turn on. I tried all the steps I could that were provided on the website. The only one I couldn’t do was try a different charger, I only have the charger it came with.

I'd say the options are


  1. test with a charger from a friend/relative or the likes
  2. return it under warranty Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple

and Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple
