I phone13 has Hotspot limitation time-software how to increase the operating to me?

My phone is 13 and have problem with hotspot limitation time that just working for 90 minutes although battery low power mode is off .

the another iPhone that contacted with mine the space between them around 50cm only.

how the limitation time can be increased please?
