How do I manually add a Face in Photos for iPhone?

On certain photos on my phone the people at the bottom will come up but some people are missing and on some it won’t have any is there a way to add people to it manually on iPhone?

Currently we can only add missing faces to a photo on a Mac. These custom faces will sync with iCloud Photos to the iPhone and iPad as well. But it cannot be done directly on the iPhone. The best you can do on the iPhone is to create a standard album, named like the person, then add the photos with missing faces to this album. This way, a search for the name of the person will show you the album as well.
