AirPods Pro play/pause is not working when i tapped

AirPods Pro play/pause button did not working when i tapped but i solved the problem and i want to share to you. Firstly you must shut down the phone and put the buds in the lid. After that you have to reset your AirPods Pro or Pro 2 .İf you do not know you can search on WEB . Step 3 is that ; wait a minute and turn on your phone go to settings , go to Bluetooth tap the (i) right your airpods name and you have to delete the AirPods on your phone .Lastly you can reconnect with your Airpods. Congratulations :)

Hello, I thought I have the same issue but in fact I was pressing the button to gently. It actually works more like a button than touch sensor and you should hear the click when pressing harder and a bit longer. Maybe it will help. Cheers

Thanks for the advice. I tried it but it sadly didn't work. I tried it TWICE to make sure. I don't know any other way to fix my airpods.
