Every time I try uploading photos to Walmart.com off my MAC, it stops, says it reloaded page "to save power", then it doesn't continue. So, I start over, and it keeps doing the same thing. Doesn't matter if 10 photos, or 100 photos.

It sounds like automatic page reloading may be a "feature" of Safari. If this is the case, a workaround might be to use another Web browser when you upload photos to Walmart.com (whether or not you use Safari as your default browser). E.g.:
