MacBook M1 boot up problem. Keeps on restarting and never turns on.

my mac m1 has started to restart by itself and never boots up when i went to service centre they said they want to replace the motherboard and asked to 45000INR previously also i had got issues and they replaced keyboard and trackpad. i was told they can't make an exception in here in this case. The service is so bad that I was told I'll get a call back but didn't get and then later I connected with other two executives by my own and they said they can't give an exception even it's the device issue.

Mac Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Being continuous, it sees to be an issue with caches. So, try updating your Mac, doing so in Safe Mode. In Safe ModeLogin Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, attempt an update install.
