Air pods working, but when I tap to answer a call, it moves audio to my my iPhone speaker. What settings change to fix this?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Have you had a chance to check the Call Audio Routing settings? To do that you'll tap Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing. If you choose "Automatic" and have your AirPods connected, it should route the calls there as expected.
