I try to log on to Apple ID on new device, but it says my account is locked, when I try to unlock it, it’s says try email or security questions, I try email and it brings up an unknown Email that is not attach to my account, I try the same birthdate on my account AND IT DOESNT WORK, I changed it again and typed it back in and it still doesn’t work, what’s happening?
