I used Android before, so pretty new to Apple. I bought iPhone 14 and then I transferred all my pics & videos from Samsung to iPhone. However, I noticed that not all the videos were uploaded into Google Photos. I did pay for more Google storage, so I still have plenty of room. Any advise?

If there is some content missing from your new iPhone, you'll want to follow the advice from the last section of this resource: Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You might find that only some content transferred and your iOS device ran out of space, or your iOS device might appear full even though the transfer didn't finish. If so, erase your iOS device and start the transfer again. Make sure that your Android content doesn't exceed the available space on your iOS device.
Should that persist after attempting the transfer process again, are you still able to access all your photos using the Google Photos website on a computer? Google Photos

I tried to transfer all my photos from an Android phone to my iPhone and some of them weren't uploaded
