If not, do the email appear complete if you restart your Mac in safe mode? Here’s how: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.
We want you to be aware that restarting in safe mode may take a bit longer than usual since it prevents some software from loading and does a check of your startup disk. You may also see some graphic anomalies on your screen as well. Whether or not you see the complete email, restart your Mac normally to exit safe mode.
If you were able to see the content in the emails you received while your Mac was in safe mode, see if they’re complete after a normal restart
