I can’t send or receive messages and I have group messages and MMS messages on and I can’t click on the message for it to download and when I send a photo it says “not delivered”

So we understand correctly, are you unable to send SMS text messages (green text bubbles) or iMessages (blue text bubbles)? The reason we ask is the two types of messages use different networks.
