Uploading Photo from iPhone to GoogleMap

I am using iphone 14 pro max and had been using googlemap since I purchased the phone.

i am used to add pictures to album for better organisation and when i upload photo to googlemap, i will simply select photo from the album.

Since last end of July/ beginning of August, i no longer have the option to select album for photo upload to googlemap.

Attach photo from Google Photo not iPhone photo to text message My iPhone 14 is looking at my iPhone photos and not google photos through Messages. When I want to attach a picture from Google photos to a text message it's not available. It will only allow me to attach a photo from my iPhone photos. I can see the photo in my Google photos on my Mac and in my iPhone Google photos, but not in my iPhone photos. Problems is messages is only looking at iPhone photos not Google photos.
