How do I know who is the carrier for my iPhone 14?

I go to settings but it doesn’t show any network provider only says carrier “ iPhone 54.0” & Carrier Lock “SIM locked” , how do I know who it’s locked to?

If it is "SIM Locked" then contact the person from whom you bought this device.

Only the original owner can tell you which carrier store they got it from, or you can try different SIM cards. I take it this is not an American iPhone 14 or it would not even have a SIM tray
