I am reaching out to request assistance with my Apple ID balance. Currently, I have a residual balance of $0.79, and I've learned that I need to deplete this balance in order to change my country and region settings within iCloud.

Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find an app or any item priced at this exact amount. Consequently, I am seeking your help to resolve this situation, enabling me to update my settings from the United States to Georgia 🇬🇪.

For context, my primary intention is to update my country and region as I am presently unable to add a payment method. I've been consistently using gift cards to maintain my balance, and this has become cumbersome.

I truly appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't do this.
