hello I have a problem. When I backed up the phone, my very important photos in 2022 and 2023 were deleted, I really need those photos. I want to get those photos back, please help

How did you back up the iPhone? To iCloud? To a Mac or PC? Maybe as part of moving to a new iPhone?
Are your photos possibly in iCloud Photos? Log into iCloud.com using your Apple ID, and check there.
If you were using iCloud Photos, did you also first delete some of the photos to save some space?
Did you happen to change Apple IDs as part of whatever backup you were performing?
If the answers to the above point to a resolution, and if there are no other backups extant, then the photos are gone.

Backing up will not cause data loss. Did you sync your photos with iCloud? Did you delete any photos off of your device? You may need to restore from your backups or original sources

Export All of iCloud to a Backup:

If you backed up the data, then you have a copy. You have indicated that you have no backup from which to restore. Photos synced to iCloud are not backed up. Photos removed from iCloud are removed by the user. Your photos, if not backed up elsewhere, are gone. There is no way to restore them. They are irrecoverable and lost forever.
You cannot. As you've already mentioned, the photos are nowhere. That means they no longer exist.

Some photos were deleted after the update. Deleted photos are not in icloud, I ask you to find a solution to this.
You'll only be able to recover from your backups.

Wherever you keep the backups of your most important data. Likely in an external hard drive that you use for that purpose. Original sources are cameras, friends, etc.
As indicated, the photos are gone. You’ll need to recover from your backups of your most important data.
However, the photos are not in the backups and I cannot find the photos anywhere.
Then the photos are irrecoverable. Be sure to properly back up your important data. Generally 3 copies made 2 different way with 1 copy kept offsite is a good standard.
