How to connect two iPads on Apple TV and HomePod

My wife connected her iPad to Apple TV and HomePod, can I connect my iPad too?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

You can AirPlay from multiple devices, just not at the same time. Typically you would set up AirPlay on the Apple TV to allow connections from anyone using the same Wi-Fi network so that it doesn't matter that you have different Apple IDs.
