I forgot my unlock passcode then i asked someone to help only to find my apple id deactivated and can't log in into the phone... how do I activate my apple id??

then enter hotmail these of which after it say it has been deactivated

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
