Elagministry is the site where I was taken to from a mail. Please report. They tried to hack my Apple ID and Credit Card information.

Is appleid.com a legitimate site to change my apple ID yesterday I was hacked through facebook messenger. Some how I got a message to change my Apple password. The site I was directed to was appleid.com. That doesn't look to me like a legitimate Apple address
