I find myself in a rather urgent and somewhat complex situation, for which I am seeking assistance and guidance. Let me detail the circumstances:

I am currently residing in Cyprus and I am in immediate need of purchasing a MacBook for my company, which is based in Germany. The objective is to make this purchase within the confines of EU trade relations, hence, ideally, the transaction should be VAT-free. However, I have encountered numerous hurdles in achieving this.

Initially, I approached stores in Cyprus but was informed that they only operate within the Greece and Cyprus region, and could not facilitate a VAT-free transaction for a company based in Germany. Moreover, I have been trying to explore options to make the purchase in Germany and have it shipped to Cyprus, but this too has presented significant challenges, especially with respect to shipping costs and tax implications.

Furthermore, I attempted to communicate directly with Apple, hoping to find a solution or a direct channel through which I could make this purchase. Unfortunately, this avenue has not yielded any positive results either.

At this point, I am exploring various other options, including potentially making a purchase through Amazon, finding a reliable intermediary who can assist in this process, or even seeking direct support from Apple in some capacity.

I am reaching out to this community in hopes that someone might have encountered a similar issue or might have insights or suggestions on how to navigate this problem. The urgency of the situation is quite high, as I require the MacBook to work remotely while taking care of my children.
