Hello PerfectDJ,
To help us better assist you, can you let us know more about what happens when you try to use Search on your iPhone? For example, do you receive a specific error, or is there no response? That information will help us proceed.
Please check out this link, to ensure the correct process is being used to search on your iPhone, so we can make sure there aren't any issues there: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Swipe to search
1. Swipe down from the middle of the Home screen.
2. Tap the Search field, then enter what you're looking for. As you type, Search updates results in real time.
3. To see more results, tap Show More or search directly in an app by tapping Search in App.
4. Tap a search result to open it.
In iOS 16 and later, you can also tap the Search field at the bottom of your Home Screen to start a search.
Change search settings
You can change the search settings to limit which apps and results appear while you're searching. Here's how:
1. Go to Settings and tap Siri & Search.
2. Scroll down and select an app.
3. Then select Show App in Search, Show Content in Search, Show on Home Screen, Suggest App, or Suggest Notifications.
To turn off Siri Suggestions for all apps, go to Settings > Siri & Search, and turn off the settings you want.
Thanks!
