Heart rate notifications

Hello,

I have a 10 year old son with an irregular heartbeat.
Can the apple watch transmit its heart rate directly to me if it becomes too high or too low?

Sorry no.

In any case high and low notifications are only for resting not when person is active

Not available under 13 years of age anyway.

If his watch is paired to your phone then the following features and apps are not available: medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, AF History, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Walking Steadiness, Audiobooks, Remote, News and Shortcuts.
