latest apple watch se

Does the latest apple watch se (purchased Feb 2024) offer irregular heart rate notification? Also I do not see the ECG app, is it available as an add on?

Irregular Rhythm notifications are available on the SE in supported countries.

ECG is not supported on the Apple Watch SE. Only Series 9 and Ultra.
