Turning off Private Browsing Mode
I have tried to follow the 3 simple steps to turn off the Private Browsing Mode but my IPad does not show the steps needed.

Try following these instructions and screenshots I have provided below for exiting Private Browsing on an iPad in Safari:
Tap on the tabs button in the top right corner of your Safari
tap on Private
Tap on Tabs
Tap +, and you should be good to go.
