What additional $150 charge?

Do you mean you got a gift card with the purchase of your new Mac?

Or do you mean you applied for the Apple Credit Card?

Please explain clearly what you did, and what you are seeing?

That's the charge for your gift card. You are charged for the gift card and separately for the Mac minus the $150 gift card
