I have an older Mini and run Google Chrome. Chrome tells me I won't be able to get anymore updates until I upgrade macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to 10.15. I cannot find macOS High Sierra 10.15 anywhere? Is there such a version?

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
