I had to replace my IPhone because of damage? As I am trying to update the new phone from I cloud I keep getting an error message :cannot restore backup
I need assistance with the setup.

"If you receive an error while restoring from an iCloud Backup
- Try to restore your backup on another network.
- If you have another backup available, try to restore using that backup. Learn how to locate backups.
- If you still need help, archive important data then contact Apple Support."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Were you able to find alternate backups? Also, which iPhone and iOS versions are you currently using?
