While updating the album artwork on a newly added album, Apple Music set the release date on all of my albums to the release date of the added album. Can Apple Music restore the release dates of my albums?
If so, what do I need to do?

Do you have a Time Machine or other backup of your library from before this incident happened? Apple Music doesn't keep a log of changes or provide a mechanism to reverse them, but you could recall an older snapshot of the library.
