Auto-correction is not working on some apps on my iPad

Hello everybody

I have iPad Pro third generation and the auto-correction not working on apps that used to work. I already checked that all settings are on but nothing happened, tried to switch it off and on and nothing happened also.

If anyone having the same problem or has any experience with it please reply on my post.

Thank you.

Hey there wonderfree1,

We understand you're having trouble with auto-correct within some apps. We'd be happy to provide information about this.

Before continuing to the next step, please be sure to back up your iPad first: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

After a backup has been completed, please reset all settings on your iPad: Return iPad settings to their defaults - Apple Support. Here’s what it does:

Reset All Settings: All settings—including network settings, the keyboard dictionary, location settings, privacy settings, and Apple Pay cards—are removed or reset to their defaults. No data or media are deleted.

Once the process has finished, please test the issue.

If resetting all settings didn’t help, it's possible that the app hasn't allowed the use of auto-correct within it. You would need to contact the developer to let them know you want this option added: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Kind regards.
