Could you please Refund me with the money that your organization ACADEMIA has taken from my Account through ACADEMIA.EDU/Payments.

I was explained by ACADEMIA.EDU/Payments, that to get a refund from them that I had to lodge into Apple, to enable a refund that they had taken out of my account.

I do not own the email that they state that I have my email is not on their record and they had taken a sum of money from my Account, I would like a refund from ACADEMIA, for the money that they had taken from my Account, I do not know how they had come to taking money from that account but as such I would like a re-embursement for the money the $179.85 that you had taken from my Account, my email address that I use is the only one I use.

Could you please re-imburse me that actual amount in to the account that you got it from, all I am is a Pensioner struggling on my bills, so could you please refund me.
