How can I request a refund from Apple for subscriptions?

Good evening, I started a trial in FLO app until it asked for the billing subscription for a year which I dont want to since I am a man and who subscribes something like that (I am a college student) but then apple store, automatically paid it using my Ewallet (gcash) which the money is not even mine, my friend just gave it to me to do some transactions and minutes after it automatically use the money to subscribe which is 3490 pesos, I unsubscribe it after (not a 10 minutes pass by), and I asked for a refund. Apple sent me a gmail that is said "Your invoice from apple". I am worried with my friend's money and I dont have any money to pay him back.

Somebody enlighten me, It is been almost a day, I refunded it this January 23 midnight and the apple said that it is pending until decision will be make until Jan 25, will they refund it?

All free trials will become a subscription if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. This message along with the subscription price appears on the screen when you authorize the transaction by double clicking the side button.

You can view the order of your payment methods using this Support Article. It will attempt to bill the first method on the list and continue down until the payment is successful. If the transaction was unable to be processed, it does not make the subscription go away, and you still owe that money. When there is a change in your payment method, it will attempt to process the amount you owe again.

As for refunds, in most cases all transactions in the App Store are final. At times, Apple may offer a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected. If you get denied on your first refund attempt, you may get a second chance to request a refund, but after that the decision will be final and you will not get a refund. Forgetting to cancel a free trial is rarely a valid reason for a refund.

how will you know that you get denied on your first refund attempt. Apple replied to my email with the receipts of the billing and it said, "Your invoice from apple". "Pending Decision expected25 Jan 2025" Should i be worried?

You will know that your request has been denied when you receive a notification. You should receive one on or shortly after January 25th.
