I accidentally deleted text messages. When I went to recover from the message page, I guess I permanently deleted them. Am I able to recover them.

Find a copy (such as a screen recording of scrolling through the messages) created prior to deletion.
Ask a participant in the conversation for their copy.

If “permanent” meant what you want it to mean here — not permanent — the screams of anger could be heard from orbit.
