Can I use HomePod as a speaker for my Samsung tv?

unlikely, it reply on airplay 2 AirPlay - Apple
if the samsung support airplay 2 then it's likely only as receiver rather than transmitter
some was talking about if one gets the appletv box one can use hdmi arc to make the appletv play to the homepod on behalf of the tv but not sure.
It’s possible with an Apple TV 4K (2nd generation and later) along with a TV that supports HDMI ARC or eARC - needs this HDMI Port
