Keynote 13.0 - Not Seeing the Image Tab

Hmmm, for some reason I can't find, or add an "Image Tab" which will allow me to adjust an image. I even tried adding the "Adjust" on the toolbar but when I activate it, the adjustment levels are ghosted out even selecting the image and making sure it is active.

This image tab is missing and I can't see to figure out how to get it to show up...
