I keep getting these random bills for ****. I have no idea what it is.

This looks more like a scam, trying to get your personal data.

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Did you follow the steps in this article, to find out, for which purchases you are being charged?

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
