After going through multiple articles and videos, many have recommended charging at 30/40% - 80% but some also suggest charging from 20% - 100% and keep it plugged for as long as possible. What % is the best to charge my phone from and what % is it best to unplug?
Sure, you can charge whenever you would like. Ultimately, it's just easiest and most convenient to have the phone charge while you are sleeping. Your Apple device monitors its state of charge, you do not need to worry about it.

Plug in your phone before you go to bed. Unplug it in the morning. Charge throughout the day when you need to do so.
