Iphone xs automatically restarts when screen turns off ( locked )

My iphone xs automatically starts to reboot / restart when the screen turns off or locked.

When the screen is on it runs smoothly without any problem

so for a temporary solution i dont lock my phone nd set the auto lock to never, but when the screen turns off or locked it automatically restarts whether it is charging or not !

and iam facing some heating issues also i don’t think thats the issue cuz it depend on some particular apps and battery drain is casual cuz u have 79% battery health so pls anyone tell me whats wrong, whether its a hardware problem or software!?

i am posting my panic log details pls anyone…. And i tried force restarting and factory reset with or without iCloud backup but nothing helped
