Ipad Air (5 gen) randomly reboot

Hello,

I have an issue, my iPad reboots randomly (it's a new device).

1. It was with a once-blue blink - next step - rebooting iPad (when I watched YouTube videos)
2. It's frozen, showing a black screen and back to normal view - but it shows a low battery indicator (after reboot battery shows correctly).

I have some logs with panic-full - I have attached these files.

I want to understand - is it a warranty case - and I must change my device? Or it will be fixed by soft.

I did a hard reboot, and fully restored the iPad (I have the latest version software)
