Apple TV doesn't turn on when TV Turns on (Saumsung)

I'm using my Samsung TV remote to use the apple tv .

Everything is working fine and I can control the apple tv with the Samsung remote but the only problem I have is when I'm turning on the apple tv and the tv itself the apple tv doesn't wake up.

I've checked all the settings and it looks ok .

What can be the reason?

Verify that CEC is activated on all HDMI devices.

For Apple TV: Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Control TVs and Receivers﹥On

For the TV: See its manual. TVs may have their own trade name for CEC. Samsung seems to use the name ‘Anynet+’ mostly.

Possibly your TV doesn’t turn on connected devices automatically. That capability is specific to how it is made to behave, and that may differ by model. It isn’t mandatory for the CEC standard. Ask Samsung Support for confirmation.

Possibly your TV can wake connected devices when the corresponding HDMI port is chosen to take input from? How does that behave for you?
