paramount plus subscription not recognised

I have purchased paramountplus subscription via Apple subscriptions but my am not able to logon and use paramount plus services on their website, via apple tv or my iPhone app... i have followed the instructions but keeps telling me it does not recognise username/password when i go via "sign in with partner"

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
