iPhone 11 - my phone is stuck on reboot and getting a green stripe after the latest software release - all went black now can’t switch back on ~ is this a hardware issue

I uploaded my photos onto the icloud and updated the iOS then it all turned off and then stayed on the apple logo.

We understand that your phone went black and it will not power on. To ensure that we're covering all of our bases, be sure to complete the following steps:


"On your iPhone 8 or later, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation)

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

4. If your phone doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your phone. You might need to charge for up to an hour."
