It looks as though you are using a VPN and as such, Apple cannot recognise your computer or where it is. Your computer will appear to be in different parts of the country or world, so Apple thinks it looks suspicious.
The only way to stop it is to switch off the VPN whenever you sign in.

It has nothing to do with FCP. If you have no idea why you’re being signed in on a new device in Nanjing you should change your Apple ID password and contact Apple Support security.
I would add to Tom's excellent advice to *immediately* change your AppleID password and make sure you click "Do Not Allow" if you don't recognize the sign-in attempt.

I am not using a VPN. Apple security said that it was a good move to change my password and didn't seem to find any kind of security breach so all is good. Thanks for your comments. Cheers!
