Lock out of my macbook
I am lock out of my MacBook and I forgot my Apple ID but I know my password but when I put it in the MacBook it say it is wrong and know it is in activation lock.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately Activation Lock is difficult to remove without the right Apple ID, and may require Apple's involvement.
If you forgot your Apple ID (which email address you used for it), you might be able to look it up here: https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid
Also, do you have any other Apple devices signed into that same Apple ID? You might be able to check which email address is being used:
On an iPhone or iPad
On another Mac
Check your email
Check each of your email accounts and search for emails from Apple. If any are found, there's a good chance that the email address is being used as an Apple ID.
If all else fails
Apple has the ability to clear Activation Lock on their end. They require original proof of purchase (must include the serial number) in order to do so. If you have this info, you can submit it here: https://al-support.apple.com/#/getsupport
